What's Community Verification?

OG Soul Bound Token is the first reputation based community based Soul Bound Token. Are you an esteemed member of the NEAR community? It's time to showcase your contribution to NEAR. By acquiring the OG Soul Bound Token, the first reputation-based token, you'll join a select community of trusted individuals who are actively shaping the future of the NEAR ecosystem. The OG SBT represents your commitment and dedication to NEAR, highlighting your continuous presence and involvement in shaping the NEAR ecosystem.

This is the first community based effort to verifying each other based. A Community OG SBT is issue to the "originals" who's been in the NEAR ecosystem.

Who Can Apply?

The formal criteria to be considered for the OG SBT:

• You are a champion of the NDC and still actively contributing to the ecosystem. Champions are ecosystem leaders that run nodes or projects and contribute to a workgroup or initiative to help bring NDC V1 Gov online. Champions contribute by lending time or resources and by referring or recruiting contributors to help deliver objectives.

• You are a NDC Contributor that forfeited or received a bounty through June ‘23 that is still actively contributing to the ecosystem.

• You are a member of NEAR Inc, NEAR Foundation before the Pagoda rebrand in Feb ‘22 that is still actively contributing to the ecosystem.

• You are a member of Nodes, Projects, VC groups, or are a spinout founder in the ecosystem prior to the Pagoda rebrand in Feb ‘22 that is still actively contributing to the ecosystem.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: Aurora, NEAR UA, Proximity Labs, Lyrik(MOVE) Capital, NEAR Balkans, MetaWeb, MetaPool, Orderly, NEAR Vietnam, Satori, Open Shard Alliance, Open Forest Protocol, Human Guild, HAPI Labs, Calimero, OnMachina, Ref, PemBrock, etc.

• You are a known OG and Community member for at least one year that is still actively contributing to the ecosystem.

How to Apply

Start by connecting your wallet to i-am-human.app and get your Face Verification Soul Bound Token.

• Make sure you connect with the account that you will want to use to verify yourself

• You should always use the same account for all your SBTs

• Must be an implicit / human readable account

Go to "Community SBTs" page from top navigation bar and select the OG token which you want to apply to.

Consent to us contacting you. We will only do so in exception cases.

Who are the OG Committee?

Trustees are the people who will review your application and mint your OG Soul Bound Tokens. They are well recognized leaders in the NEAR Ecosystem.
